By entering and using this website you are agreeing to the following:

• I am at least 19 years of age, or the legal smoking age of my state.

• I agree that any vaporizing products purchased will be used for lawful purposes. Our products are intended for Aromatherapy purposes only.

• It is legal in your country and/or state to purchase tobacco-related products.

• Use of these products is entirely at the risk and discretion of the user and will not be responsible for any use or misuse of the products sold.

• By browsing and entering, I certify that all of the above statements are true.

• I am an authorized user of the credit card used for any purchase and possess the legal authority to bind the account owner if I am not the account owner. In the event that my purchase results in an improper chargeback and refers my account to an attorney for collection, I agree to pay all reasonable attorneys' fees and costs associated with collection efforts.

Free Shipping on orders of $50.00 or more. We offer Free Shipping on ANY order over $50.00 within the United States. International destinations normally do not qualify for our free shipping offer (but it doesn't hurt to ask!). We typically ship via USPS or UPS.

Site-Wide Sale Conditions: Orders must total $75 or more to qualify for ANY Site-Wide Sale unless otherwise specified. The $75 minimum does not include any taxes or shipping fees.

Note: Price Match Items are not eligible for Free Shipping. Order total must be over $100.00 to qualify for free shipping when Rewards Points or Coupons are applied.

Rush Processing offers Rush Processing on all orders for a small additional fee. If selected, all orders placed before 12PM PST will ship out on the same business day. If your order is placed after 12PM PST, and the Rush Processing option is selected, it will ship out on the following business day.

Note: will put forth its best efforts, however, we cannot guarantee that your order will ship the same business day. If we fail to ship your order on the same business day, we will refund the Rush Processing fee. If the billing and shipping address are different, verification may be required.

One-Day and Two-Day Shipping If you select One-Day Shipping or Two-Day Shipping for an order you place with and your order is placed before 11:59 AM PST, your order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:59 AM PST will ship the next business day.

Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping. When you select One-Day Shipping, the item will usually ship within the same day (if received before 11:59 AM PST) and arrive on the following business day.

Signature Confirmation  Due to recent changes by the FDA, all Vaporizers or E-juice orders require adult signature confirmation upon delivery of items. Because of this, the Flat Fee Shipping rate has increased to $10 to cover the cost of Shipping with Signature Guarantee. All packages shipped with FedEx or UPS require adult signature by default, and no changes apply to those shipping methods.

Shipments Outside the United States Please note that when you buy something from within the United States, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes and possibly brokerage and handling fees when shipping to a destination outside the United States.

Discreet Billing & Shipping To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain box with absolutely no product labels of any kind. The "Ship From" name will state "Better Life Holdings". The name that appears on your Billing Statement will be "KOV Sales" and will not reference any particular product.

Note: Couriers (FedEx, UPS) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required for courier shipments. All orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be sent U.S. Mail. In addition, please note that Domestic & International rates subject to change without notice.

Sold Out Items Some products on our website are labeled "Sold Out", which means we currently do not have them in stock. However, these items can still be purchased and will ship out once we receive more (please refer to the "ETA" date on the product page).

Returns Policy

We accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days following receipt of your order. Simply send it back to us for a complete refund (less a 15% restocking fee and free shipping costs). Order cancellations are also subject to15% re-stocking fee.

Sold Out Items: Some products on our website are labeled "Sold Out", which means we currently do not have them in stock. However, these items can still be purchased and will ship out once we receive more (please refer to the "ETA" date on the product page). Note: The ETA is subject to change. 

Missing / Broken Items: All missing and broken items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken.

Defective Products: Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy. Please note that certain manufacturers require that the customer process all warranty claims with the manufacturer directly. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received DOA (dead on arrival).

Before you ship product(s) back, make sure to call us at 1‐844‐465‐8273 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and RMA number.

Note: You must return all accessories and product component parts. If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit back at the customer's expense.  Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met. 

Exceptions: DO NOT return Arizer glass or accessories, or any USED glassware or whips. 

Reward Points Program: King of vapes' offers Rewards Points to it's loyal customers. Reward Points can be earned by simply creating an account, sharing on social media, or for any purchases made at our store. Rewards points are generated depending on the total of the order and other activities performed by the customer on the site. Reward points are rewarded when the order is "Completed" or "Shipped".  Once awarded, the Reward Points are good INDEFINITELY!!!  Most stores only offer 60 days expiration on their points, NOT US!!!  

Flex-Pay Terms & Conditions: When a customer uses King of Vapes' Flex-Pay option, He/She assumes full resposibility for remaining balances. Payments are automatically deducted from your original payment source. There's no need to come back and manually make payments on due dates. In the case where an automatic payment is not cleared or is declined, there will be a second attempt by the system to retrieve the payment 2 days later. If the second payment attempt fails, King of Vapes reserves all rights to proceed with Legal Action in order to retrieve any remaining balances owed. When using Flex-Pay, the customer agrees to also pay any legal fees and court fees associated with the collection of this debt.
